
On Wednesday, Bromley was sentenced to an 8-year prison term with two years fixed. But 3rd District Judge Thomas Ryan also granted retained jurisdiction commonly known as the rider program for Bromley. That means Bromley will spend six months in a sex offender program in an Idaho Department of Correction facility before Ryan decides if she should serve the remainder of her sentence or be placed on felony probation. Bromley must also register as a sex offender. In October, Bromely pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting sexual battery and inducing a minor to prostitution, both felonies. Bromley placed a Craigslist advertisement for erotic massage, and Aaron Hundersmarck, a former sheriff’s deputy who responded to the ad in April, fondled Bromley’s daughter and later contacted Bromley seeking permission to have sex with the teen.
